More than just dissatisfied and very unprofessional😡. For a few weeks (5x) I've had to keep hearing on Sundays (especially how rude) that the ice cream machine for vanilla ice cream is defective ???? Why is that so or does nobody care?

It was okay, but we weren't told that some of the ingredients were out of stock, so we found out and only then admitted it and made new burgers What a shame, otherwise everything was great.

Unfortunately the food never looks like the pictures. It's a shame UPDATE .... a week later The food is just not warm enough and the straw with the drink doesn't work ... what a quality that is. At the moment I can only say positive things about the staff. They are always nice and friendly and helpful when ordering at the terminal

I stopped here today with my colleagues for a short chat over coffee. The store smells like a urinal right after entering, worse than the toilet in this restaurant. It was bearable there, it was clean. Eating is not possible despite the mask, just disgusting!

This restaurant is nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly too. But: Personally, I find this order at the terminals quite annoying. You type your way through various menus until you have everything together. That would also be much better. Personally, I don't particularly like this species. At the counter you say what you want and it is much faster and less complicated. My personal opinion and if that prevails, then I'll go somewhere else 😊

I am really amazed. It was definitely one of the most pleasant McDonalds visits I've ever had. Due to the current corona situation, absolute hygiene was taken care of in a friendly but determined manner. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and quick to provide advice and assistance when I had problems with the AppCoupon. Hats off and keep it up !!

The more or less cumbersome registration, ordering via touch panel, and the handing out of our humble ice cream was accompanied and supported by a very nice, helpful manager from the service, which would not have been necessary, but was appreciated by us as a wonderful gesture of helpfulness ! Thank you again ...

One star is too many. We weren't put in and served because we didn't agree to put on the masks. Both my husband and I have a doctor's certificate, which we showed that we cannot wear them for health reasons. This should not be the case at all. I understand that now there are different rules due to the virus, but if the client has the right document, the service cannot be smarter than a doctor.

We came literally one minute before closing, making a stop on our long way across the country. The staff was so nice and helpful, serving us at closing time with a smile.
